Applications for the 2026 cohort of the Policy Leadership Development Programme are now open.
After the fantastic success of the Autumn 2025 PLDP, we are running a second programme from 20 January to 10 March 2026.
Across a packed 8 week programme, participants aged 18-25 will hear from current policy leaders from across Northern Ireland, debate and discuss the actions and priorities of the Executive, gain key policy skills, and, together in working groups, produce informative and solution-oriented briefing papers on the issues that matter most to them.
Whether you have experience of working in policy or just want to learn more, whether you are in university or college or in the world of work, we strongly encourage you to apply. The PLDP will bring together talented, committed and enthusiastic young people together from across the community, fostering a diverse and connected cohort who will have their voices heard.
